Organizers of RBC Bluesfest have released the full line-up for this year’s edition of the festival…and it’s a doozy.

As has become customary, performers’ musical styles extend well beyond the blues.
In fact, this year’s lineup is as eclectic as we’ve ever seen.
Daily headliners include Rage Against the Machine (July 17), Jack Johnson (July 14), and Arrested Development (July 18), along with perennial festival favourites Blue Rodeo (July 19) and Ottawa-born Alanis Morissette (July 12).
Fans of mid-90s/early-oughts campus rock are indeed well served, but there truly is something for almost everybody in this year’s lineup.
Bluesfest typically attracts between 25,000-35,000 music lovers per evening, and there is nothing to suggest that won’t be the case again this year.
Bluesfest 2020 runs July 9-19, with a one-day break on July 13.
A pre-sale for four classes of festival passes begins February 19, with others and general ticket sales starting on February 21.
Just for following along here at Capital Concierge, we’re sharing details of the Roll Like A Rock Star contest. Enter to win the grand prize of a VIP weekend (July 17-19) including festival passes, 2 nights at the storied Chateau Laurier hotel, and $200 to spend at on-site vendors. Enter before February 20. Good luck!
